Turns out that the amateur fireworks technician that tried to start a display celebrating his religion in Times Square recently was once on the no-fly list because of his potential terrorist ties. And was removed from said list sometime between 2008 and last week.

Any guesses on who in the Obama administration will get thrown under the bus for this one?

I was thinking that the person in Housing and Urban Development who stayed over from the Bush Administration will probably go under the bus for this one. It couldn't POSSIBLY be any of President Obama's guys' fault.
